Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 CNGK Championships will be postponed to a later date. Once public officials have determined that it is safe to assemble in large groups, we will schedule and communicate the new date.

All pre-registrations will be automatically moved to the new date, no further action required by you.

Refunds will be provided upon request by completing the form on this page no later than April 20.

 

Please note the following refund terms:

• All refunds must be requested by submitting this form by April 20.  If you do not request your refund by this date, we will apply your pre-registration as a credit to a future event.

• Refunds will be sent to the email address that originally submitted the registration via email transfer.  If you are submitting this request under a different email or you are unable to accept email transfers, please contact Sensei Barb.

• Your refund will be the amount that you paid, less the administrative fees charged by our service provider. Administrative fees are about 5% of your total registration amount plus $1.50.

• Depending on the volume of requests, refunds may take up to 90 days to process.
